I am a highly effective leader and problem solver with both creative and management strengths. I have helped companies launch new product categories, built and managed diverse design teams towards common goals and presented key ideas / products to Senior-Level Executives.

I have the ability to jump into an existing company's structure and design appropriate to their needs and challenges, as well helping start-ups to begin from scratch with everything from brand identity to establishing a body spec.
